Refund Policy

GC Plug and Play

At GC Plug and Play, we value transparency and want you to understand our refund and cancellation policies before making a purchase. Because our programs include both digital intellectual property and live services, different products follow different refund rules.

Digital Courses (e.g., Navigator Essentials Course, Online Training Modules)

All sales of digital courses are final. Once access has been granted, no refunds are available. This is because the course materials are delivered instantly and constitute intellectual property. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for digital courses.

Templates, Toolkits, and Downloadables (e.g., BidBanter Toolkit, BidWinner CRM, DealMaker Call Journal)

All template and toolkit sales are final. These products are delivered digitally and are considered intellectual property. No refunds will be issued once access has been provided.

Live Bootcamps & Workshops (e.g., Weekend Warrior Bootcamp, 2-Day Winning Edge Workshop)

Refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of the event. After that point, no refunds will be issued, as seats are limited and materials are distributed in advance.

  • If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer of your seat to a future session, subject to availability.

Coaching & Mastermind Programs (e.g., Champion Circle Mastery Program, Strategy Labs)

Due to the personalized nature of coaching and mentorship, refunds are limited.

  • If you withdraw before the first scheduled session, you may request a 50% refund.

  • After the program has begun, no refunds are available.

Installment Payments / Financing

If you select a payment plan or financing option (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later), you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments. Canceling your participation in a program does not release you from your payment obligation unless covered by the specific refund conditions listed above.

Processing Refunds

Where eligible, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
